In December 2013, the 'Health and Social Care Integrated Leadership Board' was formed between Powys County Council, Powys teaching Health Board and Powys Association of Voluntary Organisations to have strategic oversight collectively in order to deliver seamless health and adult social care that centres around people as it improves care and quality of life for citizens within our communities.
It is important for us to keep you informed of current and future projects, and to share the success and benefits these projects will bring to citizens across Powys.
