Please note, the Carers and Home Care Agency booklets are still available to download electronically from the Bowel Screening Wales website http://www.bowelscreening.wales.nhs.uk/information-for-carers

They would be grateful for any feedback from organisation and Carers in regards to how they could improve the booklet further.
