"As we approach the switching period starting on Monday, we wanted to let you know that Cyd Cymru / Wales Together and our partner energyhelpline have secured an exclusive Dual Fuel (Gas and Electricity) Tariffs that can save an average UK home a whopping £429 a year.
We have also secured a range of other exclusive energy tariffs for electric only, economy 7 customer, Pre-payment meters and more. So there is something for everyone! What’s better is we show you how these amazing tariffs compare to everything else in the market, so you can be sure you are getting the best deal for you.
Switching is simple but you can only get these exclusive tariffs by registering for Cyd Cymru / Wales Together. Registration has been extended into the switching period.
You can be part of this collective energy switch, by clicking ‘register here' or by calling the contact centre before Sunday 22nd March. Phone lines are open Monday to Friday 9am to 8pm, and Saturday and Sunday 9am-5pm. It would be helpful if you have a recent energy bill to hand (gas, electricity or both) to help answer some of the questions.
As we are now in the official switching period we can only offer telephone assistance for registration and switching in English as we will be utilising the phone lines of our official switching provider Energyhelpline who only operate in English. You can still register in Welsh online if you prefer. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause."
