The first meeting of the Mid Wales Health Care Collaborative Board will take place on
Tuesday 5th May 2015 at Y Plas, Machynlleth, Powys, SY20 8ER
Members of the public are welcome to attend to observe the meeting.
The independent co chairs of the collaborative will be available both before and after the meeting to discuss any issues that members of the public would like to raise.
Correspondence and queries are welcome in Welsh and English. The agenda and supporting papers can be made available in a different format if required by contacting Nia Williams, Executive Project Manger at nia.williams17@wales.nhs.uk.
