Mid Wales Healthcare Collaborative

The next meeting of the Mid Wales Healthcare Collaborative Board will take place on
 Monday 6th July 2015 at 10.00am
Venue: Drill Hall, Neuadd Pendre Social Centre, Brook Street, Tywyn, Gwynedd LL36 9DP

Members of the public are welcome to attend to observe the meeting. The independent co-chairs of the collaborative will be available both before and after the meeting to discuss any issues that members of the public would like to raise. The Mid Wales Healthcare Collaborative welcomes correspondence and queries in Welsh and English.
