Ashfield is a 7.5 acre nursery site in Howey that aims to be a socially inclusive community enterprise. They have been successful in acquiring funding from Arwain (the LEADER Programme in Powys) to run a 3 year feasibility project to establish a community facility for people of all ages/abilities to develop skills around growing, cooking, preserving, and reducing food waste.

To run this 3 year project they need to recruit the following staff:
Project Manager £24,050 pro rata 10 hours a week
Project Administrator £19,240 pro rata 5 hours a week
Horticulturalist Tutor £23,088 pro rata 12 hrs a week @40 weeks pa
Food session leader(s) £26,936 pro rata 12 hrs a week @40 weeks pa
