Meets between 2-4pm, on the first and third Wednesday of each month at
MIND, 61-66 Penybryn, Ystradgynlais SA9 1JB.
Its a support group for members and their loved ones/carers, managing/having survived neurological conditions such as head injury, stroke, aspergers, dyspraxia, multiple sclerosis and others.
We have a very friendly fun mixed group who just meet over a cuppa and biscuits to support each other, chat and have fun. Occasional trips and activities are arranged but mostly we just support each other in a relaxed environment to help overcome our problems.
