ignore your own needs and to forget that you
matter too.
It’s so much easier if you can talk to
someone, who understands
Caring is a hard work and
can be extremely stressful.
Do you feel lonely and
isolated?
Do you feel guilty saying
‘no’ to someone you look
after?
Do you know you are not
alone and there are other
Carers in similar
situations?
