As part of Care Council for Wales recent campaign to raise awareness of the Code of Professional Practice for Social Care amongst the public, titled 'Our Code is not a Secret', the Care Council have produced a leaflet outlining what people receiving support can expect from social care workers in Wales. The leaflet also gives guidance on what to do if people feel the standard of care they receive does not meet what is set out in the Code.
They aim to distribute the leaflet to service users, their families and carers across Wales to ensure they have access to this information. Is this something you would be interested in helping us with?
