PAVO are holding a series of 'Mentor Meet & Mingle' events, where trustees throughout Powys have an opportunity to speak with mentors on a range of topics and follow up with further appointments where required.
The first event will take place on Wednesday 3rd October (evening) in the PAVO offices at Ddole Road, Llandrindod Wells.
Mentors will be available for one-to-one chats covering a range of issues such as:-
Business planning,
Policy & development,
Problem solving,
Monitoring & evaluation,
Fundraising and funding,
Good governance,
Marketing and social media,
GDPR.
The evening will run in two sessions, allowing more trustees to be accommodated. The first will run from 6pm, the second from 7.30pm. There will be a coffee break at 7.15pm -7.30pm which all are welcome to attend, allowing time for networking with each other.
Further events are being arranged at the PAVO AGM on Tuesday 13th November at Cefn Lea Conference Centre, Dolfor, near Newtown (two workshops), and in Brecon in January (date to be confirmed).
