 NHS 111 Wales will be in place across the whole of Powys from 3 October 2018.
 This means that from Wednesday 3 October, NHS Direct Wales and the Shropdoc GP Out of Hours Service (or ABMU GP Out of Hours Service in the Ystradgynlais area) will share one easy to remember number … 111.
 111 is free to call and will help you find the right health advice, support and treatment when it is urgent but not life threatening.
