As well as Newtown in Powys, Time to Change Wales are running in partnership with Merthyr Tydfil Football club for adults with mental health conditions. If you're an adult living with a mental health condition 'We Wear the Same Shirt' wants you to join their team. The new football programme is free of the pressures of competition and will be run by Merthyr Town FC's top coaches every Tuesday (starts 3/11/15) 1pm-2.30pm.
