Dementia Workshop – 30th July Llandrindod Wells.

We would like to extend an invitation to join us in a workshop to discuss the best way for engaging around the new National and Local updated Dementia Plans and to help steer and shape the delivery and engagement with local communities in Powys.

There will be a unique opportunity to meet Rhiannon Beaumont Wood, Director of Nursing, PTHB, who co-chairs the "Start Well" (Children and Young People's Partnership) and other members of the Dementia Steering Group.
