The Role of LAs in adults' well-being at first point of contact

Nick Selwyn (Local Government Manager, Wales Audit Office) has forwarded on a study the Wales Audit Office is undertaking around the role of local authorities in considering adults’ well-being at the first point of contact and the subsequent assessment of need. 

One aspect of the review is to undertake a survey of third sector organisations who provide help, support and assistance to service users and/or carers who have applied for and been assessed for assistance under the SSWBA 2015.
