To celebrate National Self Care Week 12th – 18th November 2018,
Powys Teaching Health Board are holding a Live Well, Self Management Event for the public.
We would be delighted if you would join us and provide:
· An interactive market place stand showcasing your service and what support and advice you can provide (an activity/take away from each stand would be really helpful)
· Support with recruitment to the event – ie: a commitment to signpost your patients to the event (flyer to follow)
During the event there will be 4 short 15 minute talks:
· Eat Well
· Stay Active
· Mindfulness
· The role of the Community Connectors
