This white paper looks at how local bus services are planned and delivered. It also looks at the reform of taxis and private hire vehicle licensing.
We want your views on how to improve:
- local bus services
- licensing of taxis and private hire vehicles.
We wanted to publish the draft Regulatory Impact Assessment (RIA) for this consultation. We planned for it to be available at the end of January but there has been a delay. This is due to complexities of the proposed legislation. There is an opportunity for you to comment on the draft Regulatory Impact Assessment.
