This year, the Locality has continued to plan and develop services
to allow the local population to access care closer to home.
They have looked at how they can reduce pressures on local
District General Hospitals by developing new roles for staff to
enable them to work in new ways.
They have continued to forge strong working relationships with General Practice colleagues as well as other service providers and
the Third Sector.
This report provides an overview of 2014/2015.
