Invitation to LSB FORUM CONFERENCE Powys One Plan 2014-17
As an early adopter of the single integrated plan process Powys LSB is currently putting the next One Plan together. This conference is part of the first phase consultation with key stakeholders to identify the high level strategic collaborative priorities for Powys over the forth coming 3 years.
It will also look at the role of the County Council as Community Lead, our vision and principles together with a support structure to enable and ensure a more collaborative approach to meeting the challenges facing public services in Powys.

Dyfed-Powys Police would like to implement the broader Hate and Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) Multi Agency Risk Assessment Conference (MARAC) process throughout the Force territorial areas of Powys, Carmarthenshire, Pembrokeshire and Ceredigion. DCC Roberts would, therefore, like to invite you to attend a Conference dedicated to providing key partners with an opportunity to discuss the processes and recommendations of the pilot in your area.

South Powys and the PtHB - Virtual Ward
Diary date Monday 30th September 2013; 2.00 - 4.00 p.m.
Castle Hotel in Brecon LD3 9DB
The virtual ward is now established in South Powys and the PTHB is
extending an invitation to its community based Third Sector providers
and those working in partnership with PtHB to meet with the key nurses
to get to know one another and to discuss joint working in the context
of the virtual ward.
Part
of the afternoon will involve informal networking and there will be
space for display stalls, literature about your services and
opportunities for informal chats with other providers and with nurses.
PAVO will pull together a bespoke directory of providers for each of the
practice areas.
