Hello, and welcome to this week’s newsletter.

We've been administering the Welsh Government's Wales for Africa fund for a while now - it's been so heart-warming reading your applications, and we've been looking forward for ages to seeing some of the funding come into fruition. That's why we were thrilled to receive this great video from Teams4U! The project will develop sanitation for 24 schools in Uganda, stopping the spread of sickness and disease and making sure the children are clued up about hand washing. Remember to apply for funding for your Wales-Africa project before 28 April!

Public trust in the third sector is a hot topic at the moment due to recent safeguarding failures to fundraising scandals, we're all desperate to understand how to gain the trust of the masses. In this blog for WCVA, Menai Owen-Jones offers her take on how we can work together to make society believe in us.

Thanks for reading, we’ll catch you next week.
