In the past 12 months, important health improvement activity has passed from Welsh Government to Public Health Wales and a major review of health improvement programmes in Wales has identified the need for new ways of working.
In this survey, Physical Activity and Nutrition Networks want your views on what you want from the forthcoming All Wales Public Health Network development.
They want to hear your views on the development of the new network, and invite you to share any ideas you may have for its continuing development.
