Aim:  To understand the skills, knowledge and awareness required to ensure that people with profound needs receive the best quality of service to meet their individual needs.

28th November 2017  NPTC Group, Newtown   9.30am – 4.30pm

Key Learning Outcomes:
· Understanding the discrimination that people with profound needs experience
· Understand some of the causes of these conditions and the impact it has of their abilities
· Breaking down barriers to enable inclusion
· Developed your supporting skills to enable engagement and interaction
· Being creative with the practice and the environment to meet individual needs
