Care and Repair in Powys are delighted to announce that their stalwart caseworker Gaynor Astley has won a national Heat Hero Award from NEA and ScottishPower for her work with Care and Repair in Powys in alleviating fuel poverty for older people in Powys! Out of the eleven winners announced, Gaynor is the only Hero from Wales (see http://www.nea.org.uk/
