Free screening awareness training

In partnership with the National Screening team, Powys Public Health Wales are delivering three training sessions (mid, north and south Powys) in September.

The purpose of the training is to deliver key messages about:
Breast screening
Cervical screening
Bowel screening
Abdominal aortic aneurysm screening

The training will also demonstrate how to support the Screening for Life campaign and plan awareness raising events and activities in the local community/workplaces.

22nd September - Trefonnen school, Llandrindod
25th September - Newtown Hospital

16th September - Ystradgynlais hospital

The training is open to HB staff, local authority and third sector.
