Knighton & Presteigne Wellbeing Workshops for Carers

‘An Apple A Day’ (Health and Wellbeing) Ltd is a Powys Social Enterprise company, set up to improve the health and wellbeing of the population of Powys.

It has 15 years’ experience designing, developing and delivering interactive and engaging health and wellbeing workshops for the NHS as well as Public and Voluntary Sectors.

In 2018 Credu is working with ‘An Apple A Day’ and offering carers in the Knighton and Presteigne area three workshops to promote wellbeing. 

· Stress Less
· Laughter and Happiness
· Sleep Easy

STRESS LESS - An interactive health and wellbeing workshop designed to give practical solutions to deal with ‘whatever life throws at you!’

LAUGHTER AND HAPPINESS - Happiness and a good laugh boosts people’s health, communication, positive thinking and creativity. In this session we will look at what makes you happy and have a practical Laughter Therapy session with lots of laughter!

SLEEP EASY - An informative workshop which looks at effective techniques to improve sleep with guided relaxation and calming mindfulness practice.

They will be held at: The Offa’s Dyke Centre, West Street, Knighton LD7 1EN

STRESS LESS - Wednesday 21 March 10am - 1pm followed by a buffet lunch

These workshops are for carers and are free, but as there is a limited number of places available,
