Objectives:
Recognise widely that ‘falls are not an inevitable consequence of growing older’ and we can reduce the incidence of falls in Wales
Develop a primary falls prevention resource that lowers the risk of falling in the community
Make our resource, consistent and sustainable, by establishing a nationally co-ordinated network of local falls prevention champions
