The West Wales Regional Partnership Board, established under Part 9 of the Social Services and Wellbeing (Wales) Act, brings together partners from Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire County Councils, Hywel Dda University Health Board with third and independent sector representatives, users and carers. It oversees the transformation and integration of care and support in the Region.
We are looking to recruit an additional user representative, a second carer representative and a third sector representative with a national perspective, to join the Board.
