Welsh Government and Powys Regional Partnership Board are hosting two half-day events where you can find out more about how health and social care services in Wales are changing.
A Healthier Wales is the Welsh Government’s long-term plan to bring health and social care services together. For this to happen, we need everyone who works in health, social care and the third sector to think differently about how they work.
The events are FREE and you’ll hear from the Minister for Health and Social Services, senior leaders in health and social care, and local people who are already transforming the ways of delivering services in Mid Wales and across other areas of Wales.
