The APB has published a draft Commissioning Strategy for public consultation and wishes to commission reconfigured services with a focus on early intervention and prevention, as well as recovery, with clear outcomes for service users.
The Council wishes to procure tier 2 and 3 services for young people and for adults, including those known to the criminal justice system, ready for these services to begin delivery from 1 April 2016 for at least 3 years. The successful tenderer(s) will be required to work in close partnership with the clinical service provider.
The estimated budget available for all procured services will be approximately £1,000,000 per annum excluding VAT. Services will be lotted and the Council welcomes collaborative / consortium tenders for individual or multiple lots.
