1. You can either use Calan DVS’ readymade speech and thought bubbles or you can create your own!
2. Speak out by writing what you think about domestic abuse on your speech bubble!
3. Take a selfie or have a friend take your photo of you holding up your speech bubble.
4. Upload your picture onto Calan DVS’ Facebook page or twitter account and don’t forget to use the hashtag #speak out.
Or email your picture to kfox@calandvs.org.uk who will upload your photo onto our social media pages for you!
