Would you like to try some mindfulness meditation?

Mindfulness is proven to help with stress, anxiety and depression and can have a positive effect on physical health. It’s simple, you can practise it anywhere – and the results can be life-changing.

Mid Powys Mind is running a mindfulness course, starting with an orientation session on: Tuesday 20th Sept 11am-1pm The course takes place on Tuesdays from 18th Oct to 6 th Dec 10.30am-1.00pm

All sessions at Cross Gates Community Centre. Cost per session: £3 Mid Powys Members, £5 non-members.
