Mid Wales Public and Patient Forum

The Mid Wales Healthcare Collaborative (MWHC) was originally set up for a two year period which was then extended for a further year to ensure a smooth transition to a new arrangement for Mid Wales. The public have contributed immeasurably to collaboration and will remain a vital source of information, support and challenge to the Joint Committee. To ensure the new Public and Patient Forum is set up and functions in a way that the public would wish, we intend to hold a meeting of all those who have helped us so much over the last three years.

We hope you will be able to join us on Monday 5th February 2018 at 2pm in Y Plas, Machynlleth to discuss how best to proceed. Please could you let us know if you can come by Monday 8th January and also let us know of any particular areas that you think need to be discussed.
