Advocacy West Wales, Eiriol Mental Health Advocacy and Pembrokeshire People First are leading providers of advocacy in West Wales.
We are seeking to recruit an independent director (voluntary role) to work with our three organisations in the development of The Resilience Hub. The Hub is being established to develop, tender for and deliver advocacy and related services across Wales with a particular focus on the Mid and West Wales area.
The Resilience Hub will be a company limited by guarantee and a registered charity.
This a voluntary role for which expenses only will be remunerated.
If you possess:
The skills and/or experience of working in or with a third sector organisation and charity trustee board as an employee, volunteer or service-user,
A commitment to collaborative working for the purposes of building resilient communities,
And satisfy the requirements of the Company's Act and Charities Act in terms of director and trustee appointment.
