North Locality Virtual Ward Workshops

As many of you are aware PtHB are working closely with the GP Practices to implement Phase 1 of Virtual Ward in North Powys. As part of this they are now setting up facilitated workshops for the local community resource team around each practice.

They have the following dates confirmed so far:

• · Llanfair GP Practice – 10th June 2015 – 3pm
• Montgomery GP Practice - 16th June 11am
• · Llanidloes GP Practice – 18th June 2015 – 2pm
• · Welshpool GP Practice – 24th June 2015 – 2pm

All the workshops are taking place at the practices and are expected to last around 3 hours.

They appreciate this is short notice, due to the pace of implementation, and you may not be available to attend all, but would very much valuable your input at as many of the workshops as possible.
