An exciting new project that Time to Change Wales are running in partnership with Newtown Football club for adults with mental health conditions.

If you're an adult living with a mental health condition "We Wear the Same Shirt" wants you to join their team. Their new football programme is free of the pressures of competition and will be run by Newtown AFC's top coaches every Wednesday (starts 4/11/2015) 12.30pm-2.00pm.
