Health and social care professionals from Powys County Council, Powys Teaching Health Board and the Powys Association of Voluntary Organisations are embarking on an integration project using the Vanguard Method in Brecon.
Working with Vanguard Cymru, staff will review and potentially redesign community services for older people. Vanguard work with organisations in order to enable and support transformation to lean systems, reducing bureaucracy and waste.
