Summer Programme - Voluntary Sector Courses - Shirley David

Finance and Risk Management - Cardiff 27 April 2017 £120 (Book before 27 March £100)

Every charity is required to undertake a financial risk assessment of their organisation and from this to build a strong and robust reserves policy.

When submitting grant bids the strength of your financial management and your reserves policy will be scrutinised.

This course explains how to undertake the assessment, the key risks to consider, and ways to mitigate against them.

By the end of the course you will also have reviewed (or drafted) your reserves policy to ensure you meet Charity Commission requirements and are not disadvantaged when bidding for funds.

Presenting Financial Information – Cardiff 10 May 2017 £120 (Book before 10 April £100)
