Nod PAVO yw parhau i wella ein ffyrdd o ddarparu gwasanaethau i’r trydydd sector ym Mhowys. Byddem yn ddiolchgar iawn pe gallech, unwaith eto, dreulio ychydig o amser yn llenwi ein harolwg blynyddol, fydd yn ein helpu i ddeall yn well ac ymateb yn well i anghenion y trydydd sector, ac i lunio ein Cynllun Strategol ar gyfer 2019 - 2022.

Rydym yn parhau i fonitro a gwerthuso ein perfformiad mewn perthynas â’r adborth a dderbynnir. Byddem yn ddiolchgar iawn pe gallech ymateb erbyn 19eg Tachwedd, er mwyn inni gynnwys eich ymatebion yn ein hadolygiad o wasanaethau a’r ffordd o gyflenwi gwasanaethau a’n cynlluniau busnes ar gyfer y cyfnod 2019-20.

At PAVO we aim to continually improve the ways in which we provide services to the third sector in Powys. We would be very grateful if you would once again take the time to complete our annual survey, which will help us to better our understanding of and response to the needs of the third sector and to develop our Strategic Plan for 2019 - 2022.

We continue to monitor and evaluate our performance in response to the feedback we receive. We would be very grateful if you could respond by 19th November, so that we can feed your replies into our review of services and service delivery and business planning for the 2019-20 period.

You may have already responded to some of these questions through the survey conducted at our recent AGM. However, we would still value your more detailed input - please skip those questions that you have already answered (apart from section 1) and just note in one of the comment sections that you participated in the AGM survey, so that we can collate your responses.
