Diabetes is one of the biggest health challenges facing us today; it puts people at greater risk of heart disease, blindness, kidney failure and amputations. It is important that we raise awareness of the seriousness of the condition so that people know the symptoms of diabetes and to help reduce the risk of life-threatening complications.
As part of Diabetes UK's drive to raise awareness of diabetes Jon is happy to provide this service free of charge and asks that your group considers supporting Diabetes UK by making a donation or organising a fundraising activity, however there is no obligation on you to do this.
