Mid Powys Mind is running a mindfulness course, starting on:
Mondays from 2 Oct to 4 December 10.30am-1.00pm
All sessions at Crossgates Community Centre. There will be one week break and one Saturday (25/11). Cost per session: £3 Mid Powys Mind Members; £5 non-members or £23 for all sessions if paid in advance
