Out of Hours Health Care / iechyd brys y tu allan i oriau (Powys)

If you live in Powys, the PTHB would like to hear about your experience of accessing urgent health care services in the evening or weekend in the last six months (since October 2018).

This could be your experience of accessing urgent health care services for yourself, or for someone else (e.g. a child, a parent).
By “urgent” we mean health issues that are not life-threatening but cannot wait until your GP surgery is next open.

This could include calling NHS 111, visiting a minor injury unit, visiting an A&E department when your condition is not life-threatening (e.g. walk-in visit), asking your pharmacist for urgent health advice, using online health information and advice such as NHS Direct Wales, seeking advice from family and friends.

The feedback we receive will help us to improve out of hours urgent care service for the people of Powys.

This survey closes on 31 May 2019 www.smartsurvey.co.uk/s/oohpowys
