The Welsh Government has published a written statement with an update on implementation of the Regulation and Inspection of Social Care (Wales) Act 2016. The statement was issued today, on behalf of the Deputy Minister for Health and Social Services.
The statement contains an update on:
- Registration of regulated services
- Local authority fostering and adoption services
- Accountability for regulated services and
- Next steps
The Information and Learning Hub, hosted by SCW, provides access to resources about social care legislation in Wales and includes links to the regulations, guidance and codes of practice made under both Acts.
