Following on from the consultation on proposed changes to eligibility criteria for Adult Social Services in October 2015 and the Social Services and Well Being (Wales)Act parts 3 and 4; there is a new consultation on how the proposed changes will be measured and monitored

Your response is important as only with proper monitoring can the impact of the proposed changes on service users,carers and organisations be measured and reviewed to inform future planning
