Independence of Older People - Wales Audit Office Study

Wales Audit Office national project  is looking at the issue of how local councils support the independence of older people.

The main study question that they are seeking to answer is:    

Is there evidence that councils are working effectively to manage the demand for social care and health services for older people by supporting them to live independently at home?
