Planning Aid Wales in partnership with Place Studio have been working closely with Newtown Town Council to prepare their Place Plan. The 8th May 2019 saw the last of a series of five drop in sessions that have taken place across all wards of Newtown. The events have captured a range of issues with residents, youth groups, and interested community groups spending time at the interactive consultation workshops telling us what the key issues are in their town.
The next stage of the consultation series will include an online survey, further evidence collection and a second Stakeholder workshop planned for July 2019.
