Social Care Wales are looking to develop knowledge and skills in delivering outcomes on focused care and support. Through the care and support at home implementation plan, they identified a need for domiciliary care managers and workers to have opportunities to learn to support a shared understanding of outcomes focused practice.
They will be establishing a project group to look at the types of learning resources needed by domiciliary care managers, which will build on the resources already developed. This initial meeting is to consider what resources are available what domiciliary care managers want and can use, to help plan how they can support outcomes focused practice to develop and flourish.
