The Welsh Government is undertaking a survey for organisations providing bereavement support services. One of the areas of particular focus is bereavement for those who have died through suicide. This area was highlighted as particularly relevant in the evidence and recommendations in the Everybody’s Business report, the National Assembly Inquiry into suicide prevention. This survey will assist in mapping current provision and identifying gaps. The final return date for response is 17 May 2019. Online Survey
