An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 1-year fixed term / secondment arrangement as the C-Card co-coordinator (Band 3) for 22.5 hours a week. This role will further develop sexual health services in Powys in line with the All Wales Sexual Health two year improvement plan.

This is an opportunity for someone with a passion for improving access to sexual health services for young people (13-25). The co-ordinator will be supported by the wider Sexual Health team and will pivotal in the implementation of the C Card scheme.

You will be require to offer education and knowledge on all aspects of sex and relationships. You will ideally have a knowledge and experience of working in Sexual Health services and have the ability to build and maintain networks/effective relationships with wider multidisciplinary team.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
