Mae'r Dirprwy Weinidog Iechyd a Gwasanaethau Cymdeithasol, Julie Morgan wedi cyhoeddi newidiadau i'r ffordd y bydd gofal yn cael ei ddarparu i bobl arferai dderbyn Grant Byw'n Annibynnol Cymru, er mwyn sicrhau eu bod yn derbyn y cymorth sydd ei angen arnynt i fyw bywydau annibynnol.

New support for previous recipients of the Welsh Independent Living Grant

Deputy Minister for Health and Social Services, Julie Morgan, has announced changes to the way care is delivered for people previously in receipt of the Welsh Independent Living Grant to ensure they get the support to live independent lives.
