Mind Cymru would like to invite you to their upcoming ‘My Generation Project’ shared learning event in Wrexham on the 13th March 2019 . My Generation is a Wales-wide project which seeks to address loneliness and isolation, and improve wellbeing and resilience in older people, through the delivery of an 8 week psycho-educational course and linked activities. Our independent evaluation has shown that the My Generation course has significant positive effects on wellbeing and resilience, and, importantly, these effects are sustained after the course ends. The events are relevant to managers and senior decision-makers, and we hope that you will be able to join us to find out more about the project and talk about ways that we could work together to benefit your service users.
